These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Extrusionary Designs website (the "Site") and the custom 3D printing, 3D scanning, vinyl cutting, and CAD design services we provide (the "Services"). By using the Site or requesting a quote for our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our Services, browse our portfolio and blog, and submit contact or quote requests. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Quotes and Orders

Quotes provided through the Site or by email/phone are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not binding until we confirm your order. Pricing, lead times, and material availability are subject to change prior to confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for designs we determine to be unsafe, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable to produce.

Because most of our work is custom-made to your specifications, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where the finished item is materially defective or does not match the order as confirmed. We'll always work with you directly to resolve a problem with your order.

Files and Intellectual Property

If you provide a design file, image, or other content for us to produce, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use and reproduce it, and you grant us a license to use it solely to fulfill your order. You are responsible for making sure anything you submit doesn't infringe someone else's intellectual property rights.

Everything else on the Site — including its design, text, graphics, logos, and photography — is owned by Extrusionary Designs or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Payment

Payment terms, methods, and due dates will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Work may not begin, or a finished order may not be released, until payment terms are met.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep information on the Site accurate and current but do not guarantee it is error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extrusionary Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and linking to them doesn't imply endorsement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date above reflecting the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
